Farnborough Hill is looking to recruit a Caretaker, as soon as possible, to join the team and support the Head Caretaker.
We are looking for a team member who is enthusiastic in their work and who is someone that takes pride in their work.
The applicant may have experience in the field or have an interest and be motivated to learn and progress.
This is a permanent, all year-round role. The hours are 40 hours per week plus an unpaid 1-hour lunch break per day.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
Wednesday 11.00 am to 8.00 pm to cover the lock-up (this will change to 9.00 am to 6.00 pm during the holidays)
These are the core hours, however, given the nature of a School there may be times when additional hours are available. Compensating time off or additional pay will be provided; as appropriate.

Farnborough Hill is looking to recruit a temporary part-time Food Technician from January 2025 to provide support in the delivery of teaching within a thriving Food Technology Department and to ensure that all aspects of the teaching space are maintained and ready for the delivery of lessons. In addition to maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, this varied role will include supporting the teaching staff in the delivery of practical assessments and activities.
This is a temporary part-time role for the period 6 January 2025 – approximately 14 February 2025 (to be confirmed). Hours are: 8.45 am – 4.00 pm (Tuesday and Friday) and 8.45 am – 1.00 pm (Wednesday). Rate of pay: £13.95/hour.
