On behalf of the Governors and Trustees, I regret to announce that Alex Callaghan has stepped down from her role as Head of Farnborough Hill for personal reasons.
In her seven years as Head Alex achieved much, ranging from a number of modernising initiatives such as the introduction of new uniform, successful navigation of the pandemic and delivery of the Sixth Form Centre to the achievement last year of an “excellent” ISI Inspection and the Governors are grateful for her contribution.
In turn, Alex has asked that it be known that she has found it a privilege and a pleasure to be part of the Farnborough Hill Community. I am sure that the whole of that Community will join with the Governors in wishing Alex well for the future and for all the new challenges and achievements which lie ahead.
